CCSA Member Rate
The standard member rate for attending the full conference is R3800 per person.
Children 16 years and younger can attend the full conference for R2500 per person, and those older R2900 per person. Honorary members for R2900 per person.
Gap Year Rate
We know that you probably need to raise funds to register your team. It's them that need it most! The standard gap year rate for attending full conference is R2900 per person.
Non-Members
Want to experience what CCSA is all about? Want to bring a neighbour to also join membership but need to network first? Non-members are welcome to attend the full conference at R4000 per person.
Day Visitors
We strongly encourage you to join us for the entire conference to fully experience all that it has to offer. However, if you are unable to attend for the full duration, you are welcome to participate as a day visitor at R1300 per person per day. This includes a welcome pack, 3 meals and all activities for the day, regardless of the hours you attend. We look forward to welcoming you, whether for the full conference or just a day.

Need Airport Shuttle?
Shuttle services from Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport, previously known as Port Elizabeth International are limited. Cost is R150 per person per trip.
Pickups will be available on Tuesday, 4 August at 10AM and again at 2PM.
Departure from UCSA Jeffrey's Bay is scheduled for Friday, 7 August at 9:30AM. Please book your flight accordingly.
Be sure to indicate your shuttle requirements on your registration form.
We'll communicate final arrangements on the WhatsApp Conference Shuttle Group arrangements.

Conference fee excludes transport. You are responsible for getting to UCSA Jeffrey's Bay and back.
Our accommodation includes dorm rooms, so sharing is part of the experience. UCSA Jeffrey's Bay is situated in town, close to the beach, shops, pharmacy and else. We also encourage you to be mindful of water and energy use during your stay. We are excited to welcome you to what promises to be an enriching and memorable experience!
